I have a 498a and sec 12 against me and my family. Am handling this case from America without being officially involved in this case (no official sign or acknowledgement of this case by me).
At this point I have come to a conclusion (based on clear contradictions in opposition statements) that rather than winning this case I should focus on proving this conspiracy (saving the effort later). But in doing so I do not want to introduce new case. I just want to use existing cases to fight in such a way that it clearly shows there was a conspiracy visible.
