I have a 498a and sec 12 against me and my family in Ajmer/Kishangarh. Am handling this case from America without being officially involved in this case (no official sign or acknowledgement of this case by me).

At this point I have come to think (based on clear contradictions in opposition statements) that rather than winning this case I should focus on proving this conspiracy (saving the effort later). But in doing so I do not want to introduce new case. I just want to use existing cases to fight in such a way that it clearly shows there was a conspiracy visible.
