help me! court case

R/P all my frds. i hav filed a petition RCR in court. on first scheduled date wife didnt present, lawyer told that they have not returned summons. new date scheduled this month. i fear that she will repeat d same thing not recieve or nor return the summons. how long will this drama take place? wat would court next action if she didnt return/recieve summons???
