Hi my name is Anup.
I have a problem. My father's name is kailas. as it pronounce in marathi as s only but in hindi its pronounced as sh. so the spelling is different. as because of this there is different spelling in my document.
i had apply to passport but this discrepancy in spelling is creating problem.
problem is that my birth document is having different spelling than others.
passport officer has told me to furnish annexure -e affidavite from my father regarding this.
Are we have to submit this annexure e affidavite only or also publish the same in two news paper, as the case with change of name procedure???
