sir/madam ,i have given two shops on rent &  i file a case in rent act under section 13 in haryana. please tell me about section 21 of rent act as in sec 13 the case is going with tortoise walk. what is difference in sec 13 & sec 21 when i need eviction of tenant on the ground of personal necessity.
