Hi, I have given an NOC affidavit for my brother wrt a property in his name and my deceased father's name. The heirship certificate is due to be issued in 2 weeks by the court. My brother is going to be travelling out of the country and will not be available to collect it in person. Can I or the lawyer collect it on his behalf? Will we require an authority letter/any other document?
