Heir property

Hi,

I have 1 question.. I am living in gujarat..

Suppose, Father has 1 son & 1 daughter.. Both Son & daughter of that father was married.. Daughter had also 2 sons aged 8 & 10 years..

Now Suppose, Father died without any will.. After the death of father as per Heir property (Varasdar) rules, Both son & daughter of father will be owner of them property..

Now my question is, Daughter was married & she has 2 sons..

What if this daughter will die?? can their Heir property or Varasdar will go with her husband or sons or not ??

what act saying about this ??
