I have one query. We read lot about agriculture land and NA land. NA land is one where we can construct house and government provides us light, water etc. But, the villagers who build their houses on their land, does they convert the same agriculture land into NA to construct their house? If not, is there house an illegal one? How they get electricity to it? And there are so many such houses in any village.
So, basic question is does villagers convert their land into NA before constructing house?
