my lawyer has filed under section 482 Crpc for dismissal of DV case filed on me and my family on the basis of separation of husband and wife for more than 1 year and prior to DV, RCR was filed by wife. which was dismissed recently, so on the basis on inderjit singh grewal judgement of SC and sejal dharmesh ved judgement of mumbai high court, can any member pls give further guidance on the subject. thanks
