I am tenant of Harivillu Association in hyderabad, I ahve been staying in apparments for more than 1 year,till dec 2012 there was no maintence fees from jan 2013 they started collecting maintenance of 3000/- which was decision by appartments welfare association.For first 3 months we had payed the maintence amount but there was no proper maintence and there was no concerned person to speak if we have any problem, but from April we had stopped paying because of poor maintence .now the association memeber is asking for maintence amount with out careing what my problems are and he is talking very rudley.
Yesterday evening he discconected water supply and power for refusing to pay maintence amount.
Do they have right to do such thing??????????by the when i am paying the power bill to govt for the usage of power does the appartment welfare society have the right to disconnect the power and water??????
