Harassment by Bank Recovery Agents

Hi

I have settled a credit card balance with Kotak Mahindra Bank for INR 4500 in three equal installments. 

I have made the first payment on 31st July 2014 and due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to pay the August installment of INR 15000 so far. 

I got a call from Mr. Avinash (mobile no.9266610190 / 011 41407066) and I explained him my situation and told him that I will pay as soon as I arrange the funds. I have good intention of re-paying since I made the first installment on time.

Mr. Avinash has been harassing me continuously since Saturday, 30th August where he made at least 24 calls to me.

Today he called me and started abusing and even calling my office colleagues in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

Please suggest.
