I have given paper to someone in following format .
my company details
"contents stating acknowledgement that i have recieved goods they shipped"
(Area covered )---30%
(rest area blank) ---70%
then company stamp & sign on bottom of the paper
my question is if they cut rest 70% of paper from the above document and type a legal document on it ? will it be considered a valid legal document in the eye of law ?
