Dear Sir,
I had purchased a 1000 sq.ft. Plot at Wagholi, near Kesnand, for which we have also received Residenace zone letter from seller, but now we want to construct at our place but we are asked for Gunthewari Certiciate. Also i came to know that in Wagholi there is no town planning has done till date.
Plese guide me, help me for how to obtain Gunthewari certficate and from which authoriy we will received construction planning sanctioning.
