The subject has been falsely accused of 498a by his wife. Husband has filed CrPC and the matter is in High court past one year. Wife filed for Divorce u/s 13(1) last year in family court for which husband has responded u/s 23 for grant of divorce provided there is end to criminal proceedings against him.
Husband is being threatened not to appear in divorce proceedings. In case wife wins for ex-partee then what are the drawbacks for the husband in this decision?
P.S.- Currently wife has filed for divorce u/s 13(1). How can husband check if wife has filed other petitions on streedhan , alimony etc?
