If in Housing Society SGM one member (who is accused of some misdeeds) wishes to bring Lawyer then What rights Managing Committee Chairman has to ask to the lawyer about:
1)Since lawyer is an outsider, shall he be allowed to attend?
2)Could member be asked about taking prior permission of managing committee?
3)Asking identity and credentials about lawyer?
4)Can Lawyer be authorised to question any other member / managing committee? Like what happens in cross examination of witness?
Please guide.
