In the City Civil Court Madras OS for Interim & Permanent Injunction is pending in a Demolition & Reconstruction Case. We are plaintiff. The Court rejected the defendants petition for dismissal of our case under O7/R11. The Court rejected and revision in the High Court was dismissed. We are awaiting interim order. Such Order if issued is also contestable? Guide us.
