I have a question related to Group Housing Society. I had purchased a flat in group housing society and for which there was no construction from last 2 years. The construction was stopped due to some approvals pending for the same. The society asked for some money to paid to HUDA from the members in June 2012 for which not all but many members paid the amount. But still there was no construction started. Now again they are asking for some money from the members and this time I don't want to pay anything till the commencement of the construction. My only concern is there any legal aspect or if the society can cancel my membership on non payment of the amount?
Can I do or take some legal action? Please advise. Thanks.
