Greetings to all members

dear members

                            HELLO TO ALL

my question to any of you is; can a govt servant be a bailor without any complications like being involved in it later and what are the criteria and prerequisite for that?

Yes a government servant can be the bailor. He forfeits the security deposit, other than that no complications.
