gratuity payable

I am working in a pvt Ltd company I joined on 11nov 2013 and my last working day is 31 Aug 2018 with no leave without pay . my company hr denied me for gratuity .plz suggest me I m eligible for gratuity and please provide the document proof for the same. plZ help .

Dear Mr gururaj thanks for Ur reply as per Ur suggestion I like to ask I worked 240 days in 4 year so as per gratuity act sec 2a am I eligible.
