Gratuity not released

I worked with a Pvt Ltd company for 8 years and left the job with request for full n final settlement.
Company has paid my salary and due bonus but not releasing gratuity as they are saying that they don't pay gratuity. Owner is a rude person and if any one force him for gratuity he beat him through his few persons.
Is there any way I and other persons who even worked for 18 years can get the gratuity and our name will not be highlighted.
Thanks in advance

Hello Mr. Ganesh!

Gratuity is a right of any employee if he/she has worked in an organization for more than 5 years. In yiur case you have served the company for 18 years. So gratuity to you and other employees who have served for continous period of 5 years and above are eligible for it. Company has no right to deny it.

As far as your concern about being physically assulted by the owners personnels. I would like you to call me up so that whatever best legal assistance could be provided from my end can be given.

Regards
