Gratuity Liability

If a person resigned from firm &
received gratuity after 15 days that he rejoin the firm then he should now require to complete new 5 year for gratuity, or he is continuing his old service.

Can you answer this question ..after you rejoin your employer issued same emp I'd, pf number? Does your employer accepted and relieved from employment

sir I am worked in a MNC company my date of joining is 1st jan 2014 and end date is August 31st 2018 I am eligibility for graduvity total service year is 4 years 8 month
