Dear Sir,
Iam working in a Pharma company as a Dy.Manager since 16th Dec.2010 and on 09th July.2015 i was resigned for my duties. The notice period for reliving is 3 months as per company policy and i will be relieved on 09th Oct.2015. The working days for the week is 6 days exclusing 2nd and 4th weeks in a month [i.e 2nd & 4th weeks - 5 days only]. Can i eligble to get gratuity after 09th Oct.2015?

If you have rendered unintrupted service of 240days in 5th year, You should be.
