I am receiving salary of Rs 44000 per month in my bank account. They make my salary structure as
Basic Salary- 17000
HRA- 12000
Conveyance- 5000
City Conveyance Allowance- 10000
I asked the HR that I am living in my own house I don't need HRA and the office is at 3 km far way from my house so I spent 2000 on petrol monthly. But he told me that company will decide everything.
Query 1:- In that case, gratuity will be calculated on only Rs. 17000 (basic salary)????
Query 2:- Regarding query 1, If yes, is there any Law in the employee's favour for this??
Query 3:- Every year they increased the allowances only, my basic has been same. Can I do something in this matter??
