Gratuity amount

I'm in my current organisation from Sept 2010 till date. My LWD in this company is March 29th. I have taken leave for about 2 years due to health issues. Now i need to know am i eligible for gratuity. Total duration in company is 7 years 6 months with leave of 2 years in the entire duration. please clarify.

completion of  5 service working  years. It means no leaves and no memo issues from the management during that period.

Yes.... and 5 years of continuous work except paid leaves only.

Did company pass any order that the said leave shall be break in service?

What is this establishment; Govt/Private?

Which Gratuity Act/Rules apply e.g; Payment of Gartuity Act,1972?
