Good day everyone,
My friend are 6 sister and 4 brother , 3 brother and 1 sister died . No partition was made by father after father expired elder brother changed father name document to his name now widow of elder brother ( wife ) claiming full right . Need suggestion how other brother ,sister's can get there right's and benefit and how and where can get the document's from? ( Property belongs to grandfather grand father also died )

After Sept9, 2005, Sons and daughters both have equal rights in ancestral properties. First thing ,you have to establish that these properites are your grandfather's. You can get the title documents which has name of owner..from the municipal corporation office where properties are located.
If elder brother illegally changed name of owner..then..you have to fight him in the court. You will have to prove by documents that
the property belonged to grandfather. Only after proving that, you will be able to demand distribution among all 10 siblings equally.
