Grandfather property belongs only to grandson

Hi,

My name is Rajesh R. I want to know that grandfather property belongs only to grandson or also granddaughter. My GrandFather and father both are died.

It will belong to grandson and grand daughter in equal proportion.

u have not made out the entier facts as whether ur grand father had passed away Intestate?  if ur grandfather had passed away intestate then grand son and grand daughter get equal share

if they died intestate,i,e., if there is no will, then the property to be divided equally among legal heirs
