Dear sir,
my family consist of my father and two sons who are married and staying away as neucleus family.
my father got a gifted property from his father that is commercial property in which he is getting rent and enjoying the same and what ever legal documents in this regard as been taken care by my father and younger brother whom my father relys on as i am working in a company and they do not inform me regarding the rent, advance and the agreement they are doing.
In this regard can i claim the rent and how to claim in this regard
