I would like to know what right will a Grand child have on inherited property?
My grandfather wrote a will to give 1/4th of some property (grand father earnt it 100%) to my mother and my grandfather & grandmother passed away. My mother and all her siblings together sold the property on mutual consent. My mother is planning to give all the money sold to my elder sister as she is in need.
1) How much share would each grand child get if mother got the property through her father's will?
2) Do I have share in the money or since my mother is deciding to give it to my sister will my sister will get all the share ?
