I am planning to take a house in BTS layout, arekere, Bengaluru. Now it comes under BBMP, but actually it is a gramthana. The BTS society has give him this land. It is a DC converted but not BDA approved. Owner neither has BBMP Khata nor Form-9 or 10 issued from Gramthana.
Please tell me if this is a problem to take and register ?
Sites within BBMP limits,if they are converted are safe to buy and get registered now. But you nee d to look into other legalities as usual. BBMP khatas are not yet ready, but you will get a temporary khata while registering the sale deed, and evntually BBMP will fix the betterment charges for you to pay. Prabhakar 9448840083.
