Dear All,
My father has taken the property from GPA holder in 2006, the GPA holder who sold the property to us has done the GPA registration from the land owner in 2000. My father has taken the property in 2006 which is registered in my father name and also have khata for the same. Now some people claim that original owner has cancelled GPA in 2012. So my question is can GPA be cancelled, if cancelled will there be any problem for the site my father purchased in 2006.
