Gpa

Dear Members

Greetings of the day.

Can a VENDOR and VENDEE nominate one and the same person as GPA.

In our case, I (VENDOR) have given GPA to one person. The other party (HUF) also gave GPA to the same person. Now, My GPA has made a SALE DEED on behalf of himself (being GPA for other party (HUF) too) by duly paying the sale consideration (amount) by way of A/C PAYEE cheque in favor of me and I have received the CASH also.

Now, is this SALE DEED valid? or it can be challenged by my family members?. Iam asking this because he is expressing some sort of doubt in this regard as there is any chance for my family members to challenge the SALE DEED.

Yes both can appoint one person as their GPA.

So, there will not be any problem on the SALE DEED made on behalf GPA right sir?. In future none of my family members can challenge the SALE DEED right?
