Government Pension

Dear Sir/Mam, My mother in law was a retired sub registerer in tamilnadu and my father in law was a govt school teacher who was deceased long back. My mother in law was receiving her pension and the family pension of her husband. Now she was expired on 29th of Nov(last before day of the month). Before intimating to the treasury the pension was credited to her account for the month of Nov. My question is whether that pension amount can be withdrawn from the account. Is she eligible for the pension of the Nov month which she survived.

bank has to be informed of the date of death and requested to debit the pensiondue thereafter.  then nomjinee can withdraw the same, immediately or after receiving DA/pay commission arrears.
