At present I am the owner of a Flat in Thane, Maharashtra along with my younger brother and sister. Both of them wish to gift their ownership right in the flat to my daughter and myself out of natural love and affection with no consideration. . Please inform me how the stamp duty will be calculated and how do we go about with this transfer ?
