I need an information regarding the Gift Deed on Agricultural Land. My father of age 67 years(Retd LIC employee) has bought an agricultural land of 1 acre in south karnataka. Now he wants to make an gift deed on my name & my annual income is more than 2 lakhs. Please suggest any legallaties involved in this. Can this Deed be OK.?
