Doners made Gift Deed in favour of Donee but there is a Loan taken from Bank by one of them.
One of the Doners has died.
Now Donee is institing Society to transfer Shares in his favour based on Gift Deed.
There is no mention in Gift Deed regarding Loan taken from Bank.
Is it possible to transfer Shares in favour of Donee or Release Deed require from Bank.
Bank loans gives on procuring gift deed of the property from donee. Society cannot transfer the share without gift deed.
