Hello!
I would like to know that my father can make gift deed to me (son), it is a ancestor property, since I have 2 sisters and got married in the year 2002. Now my father is bedridden and I am looking after him. Please give me suggestion.

Dear querist,
He can gift his share in ancestral property, but if he gift other share holder share then that will in valid.
