Gift Deed

Dear Sir,

 

I have a small flat in bhayander east area of 200 sq ft that I want to gift to my wife name without paying samp duty and registration fee, please tell me your best suggesstion and what are the rules & regulation have to follow for this kind of matter.

This property was purchased three years before marriage now I want to do this transfer to her name.

After transfering the property her name shpuld be in the society members list on board & maitainaance bill.

There is no other legal method other than executing a gift deed or a deed of settlement, but for which you need to pay stamp duty and registration charges. The best advise is follow law to avoid legal tangles in future.
