gift deed

My Grand mother(father's mother) owns a property(self earned),where in she wants to transfer the property to my mother through gift deed.

My Grand mom has grand childrens(Grandson and granddaughters) who are minor now, will there be any chance of them claiming the property in later stage?

Is there any clause that can be added in the gift deed to avoid the future claims from anyone??

Kindly suggest me.

She can according to her wish. There is no future complications as being her self acquired property.

A gift of self acquired property by the donor and accepted by the donee is irrevocable except if the gift is onerous/conditional. Further the gift must be registered since it involves immovable property.
