Gift deed

My father has given a piece of land(agricultural) to the wife of my younger brother as a gift in 2009.It was registered with the sub registrar and with two witnesses. My father passed in2010. Can the property be cancelled?? Please help.

Registered gift deed can be cancelled by consent of donor and donee.

The gift seems to be complete.

Donor is dead.

It can not be cancelled now.

Court alone can revoke the gift.

Gift deed needs to be challenged within three years of coming to know about fraud being committed.so now challenging is time barred
