Getting pf from company after having deserted it

Sir

I was working in a govt company for 6 years and took study leave. After that I job abroad (with help of my friends) and just left without informing company. I am working there for past 3 years. I did not inform company nor am I aware of what action have they taken against me. Also because my family also moved out with me I am not aware of any correspondence they might have sent at my address.

I want to know whether the PF under my employee code can still be claimed and what might be the procedure.

If the employer-employee relation has been ended then as per prevailing PF rules, you may submit our claim.

First you may find out the status; if employment has been ended by employer

then you may downlaod the applicable PF rules and relate.

if you have ceased to be in service then you can claim PF.
