Is is possible to get Certified Copy of Judgement against Criminal Appeal by the complainant by depositing appropriate fees at Court's counter ? How to locate such counter ? How to get information about the compliance of the Judgement by the accused ?
The matter is with City Sessions Court, Kolkata.
Please help.

OLD WINE u can get that document by paying require court fee stamp.
U need to make application for the certified copies and rojanama for the court proceeding done previously.
