Get refund from hotel

I have given advance Rs. 2000 for registration for hotel booking? But could not go to their because of certain reasons can I get refund of my money?

Check the booking cancellation and refund of booking amount terms and conditions of the hotel. All hotels have their own terms and conditions with regard to this feature.
