Dear legal advisor,
Whether the General power of attorney (GPA) will provide full rights on the peroperty (Like selling, mortgage or applying loans).
Also can you please let me know what are the rights obtaines by the person who got GPA of the property and what are the right retained by the person who gave GPA of his property?
