May GPA holder give evidence instead of other person

Instead of other person means?  The GPA holder (agent) can give evidence on behalf of principal if it is mentioned in GPA deed.

A person can give evidence only about the events that he has personally witnessed. GPA can give evidence only the f he has a personal knowledge of the event.

Only if he has been given the legal authority under a registered and adjudicated GPA, however in certain cases the principal has to attest personally.
