General Power of attorney

I am resident of India. Recently
I have taken home loan from IDBI bank. The loan agreement papers contained a General power attorney form and they said it is needed to be signed. However i was little
confused . My question - is it okay to sign those papers or it will create problems?

Check all terms and conditions mentioned in the form of General Power of Attorney before you sign it.
