Please tell me if there are any laws which enable us to take guardianship of major person( Adult) who after meeting with an accident has 100% Locomotor Disabilty and who is mentally incapable to do any thing or understand anything due to Injury ( Traumatic or Non Traumatic) Acquired brain Injury . In this case mother of this person wants to be his guardian and sell of his share in the property to take care of his medical expences .
