I'm herewith writing this post in e-forum to get your noble assistance and guidance about how an petitioner (Father) has to file the petition to obtain child custody and meeting rights for both of his sons under G and WC act without having professional lawyer since the petitioner (Father) would like to self-defend the legal case w/o having an advocate.
