Further Statement

Dear Members 

           Is their any judgement  for Exemption of Accused in the stage of FS ( Further Statement ) and a lawyer of the accused can give FS instead of an Accused ?

no chance no such provision is there.  also it is a case of criminal one.  no power of attorney can act and give any evidence like cheque case.
