Further appeals

In CAT orders were given in favour of employee. As order of pay not implemented by Department Contempt filed after one year for which Department went to High Court. In high Court they prayed leave and withdrew the case with liberty to file Review in CAT and so High court dismissed the said case. Now they filed review if same is dismissed by CAT should they go for further appeal to High Court OR Supreme court. Kindly clarify as allready case was dismissed in High court itself.

Anything about "IF" cannot be predicted even by the department, itself at this stage, what to say of some one else on behalf of the department . They would be at liberty to act as per the advice from their legal cell or the Ministry of Law..

Sir,

I was ordered by CAT to implement the recommended revised promotional avenue as per 6th CPC FTC recommendations in June 2015 and same is till date under CP in CAT. Then the Department went to High court where it got dismissed as they withdrew the case and filed RA in CAT. If the RA is dismissed then My question is whether they can approach again High Court OT they are left with option of further appeal in Supreme court.
