Frequent telephoning to complainaint

The applicant has filed a consumer Complaint in the Consumer Forum against a Credit Card Company over a disputed claim. However the Company Officials frequently telephone the Consumer demanding the amount from him



1.What action should the Consumer take in the matter?

2.Should the Consumer bring this to the knowledge of the concerned Forum and pray for such suitable action as the Court may deem fit

3.Can the Consumer File a separate Consumer Complaint against the Company asking for compensation for frequent harassment?

4.Can a criminal complaint also filed against the Company?
